Bespoke Knives

Game Valley Knives designs and creates hand crated knives for people that like cooking and the exploring the outdoors. They make great gifts for birthdays and special occasions.

All knives are made by the Game Valley Knives owner and Knife Maker; Mike Eddy. They are crafted in a small workshop in Nelson, New Zealand.

  • Beautiful unique handles

  • Functional design

Quality German steel is used for the blades and the handles are made from NZ native timber, exotic timber and synthetics.

The logo is stamped into the blade and it retains the carbon colour from the heat treating process. There is the option to personalise the blade by stamping or laser engraving people’s initials.
